Workout at Bayfront Fitness
Since 1995, Bayfront Fitness has proudly been a unique alternative to the big corporate gyms. We’re not exclusively a bodybuilding or weightlifting gym, although we do plenty of heavy lifting. We’re not all about circuit training, but we have a wide variety of good machines to suit the beginner as well as the veteran. We don’t like crowds, so there’s no waiting for anything! We do like functional training, so there’s lots of open space to do your thing, whatever that may be. We also like a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere. We want you to be comfortable here. But most of all, we want you to show up, do your workout, and get fit! And we’re here to help.
