Our Personal Training Program is headed by Scott Wells, founder and owner of Bayfront Fitness, and by Director of Training, Sean Cole, certified by the National Council of Strength and Fitness.

One-on-One Personal Training

Individualized and motivating, it is the ultimate way to get in shape and stay that way. We have many certified trainers to choose from who specialize in everything from weight-training to yoga and Pilates.

Personal Trainer Advisory System (PTAS)

Get many of the benefits of having a Personal Trainer with a flexibility that fits your schedule and a price that fits your budget. After an initial face-to-face training session, you will receive personalized workout schedules via email, and meet with your trainer two times per month. Additional training sessions are billed at the regular price.

3 workouts per week; monthly fee includes 2 face-to-face training sessions and a total of 12 workouts via email
